IC System is proud to announce it has been selected as one of the Best Companies Group’s 2025 Best Places to Work in Collections, a program sponsored this year by ACA International. Now in its 18th year, the program honors top employers in the accounts receivable management industry across the United States.
About the Program
The Best Places to Work in Collections program identifies and honors companies that excel in culture, employee engagement, and professional development. Over 50 companies competed for this year’s recognition.
- Small (15–49 employees)
- Medium (50–149 employees)
- Large (150+ employees)
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, companies must:
- Be for-profit, non-profit, or government entities
- Be publicly or privately held
- Operate in the United States
- Employ at least 10 full-time or part-time employees globally
- Have been in business for at least one year
- Operate as a collection agency, collection law firm, debt buyer, or creditor recovery operation
The Evaluation Process
Applicants undergo a two-part evaluation. Part one reviews organizational policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. Part two—an anonymous employee survey—measures satisfaction, engagement, and workplace experience.
