An Evening at the Vineyard: Celebrating IC System’s 2026 President’s Club

IC System hosts plenty of fun, meaningful events throughout the year, but there’s one we look forward to just a little more than the rest.

Our annual President’s Club Awards Celebration was recently held at 7 Vines Vineyard in Dellwood, Minnesota. It’s our chance to come together, reflect on the past year’s successes, and, most importantly, honor the people who made them possible. Only the top 2–5% of IC System employees earn an invitation each year.

President’s Club has been an IC System tradition since the 1970s. What began as a formal-dress affair has evolved quite a bit over the decades, but its purpose has never changed: giving leadership the chance to spotlight and celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of our top performers.

Of course, we’ve never missed a chance to turn it into a great party, too. Past celebrations have featured an ’80s theme, an Olympic theme, a German theme, and even Willy Wonka, along with plenty of other costume-worthy concepts that let everyone relax and have some fun. This year, we traded costumes for cocktail attire. With “An Evening at the Vineyard” as the theme, ICers dressed their best, enjoyed guided tours of the grounds, savored heavy appetizers, and even picked grapes straight off the vine.

It’s no secret that among our Core Values of People, Integrity, Pride, Performance, and Innovation, the one we talk about most is People. We are nothing without them. All of them. All of us. We work hard, and when it’s earned, we make time to celebrate.

President’s Club is often the most anticipated night on the IC System calendar, and this year didn’t disappoint. Great night. Amazing people. As we mark 88 years of helping American businesses get paid for their hard work, we’re grateful for the team that makes it all possible.

Another President’s Club is in the rearview mirror. Now it’s time to get back to work!
