Decades in Bloom: IC System’s 10-Year Club Celebration
In August, IC System gathered its “perennials” at the Tria Event Center for a garden-themed celebration of the 10-Year Club. Fittingly called Decades in Bloom, the party was all about honoring the roots, growth, and blossoms that long-serving employees have brought to the company.
Out of roughly 300 employees nationwide, an impressive 111—over one-third of the team—have been with IC System for 10 or more years. Many have blossomed here for 20+ years, and one extraordinary teammate has been helping IC System grow for an incredible 51 years! Now that’s dedication that never wilts.
The afternoon kicked off with delicious appetizers, refreshing drinks, and plenty of sunshine. Guests enjoyed the patio, filled with beautiful plants and a serene garden atmosphere, the perfect spot for catching up, sharing stories, and reflecting on their journeys with IC System.
The theme Decades in Bloom couldn’t have been more fitting. Each milestone, whether 10, 20, 30, 40, or a stunning 51 years—is like a unique flower in IC System’s Garden, adding color, character, and beauty to the company’s story. Together, they create a thriving landscape rooted in loyalty, nurtured by hard work, and brightened by passion.
Here’s to the employees who’ve helped IC System flourish for decades—and to many more seasons of growth ahead!
