We comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Code of Ethics as adopted by the American Collectors Association (ACA). We stay on top of the latest government and industry regulations – so you don’t have to – and we comply with all local, state and federal regulations governing collection agencies.
We’re one of just 69 agencies worldwide certified through the ACA’s Professional Practices Management System. This certification recognizes our efforts to develop, implement, and adhere to a set of collection-industry specific, professional practices and policies.
We’re members of the Commercial Collection Agency Association and are certified by the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA). CLLA Certification is the most coveted industry designation, held by fewer than 2% of U.S. agencies. Certified agencies adhere to a strict code of ethics and are regularly audited.
Currently, 500 business and professional associations exclusively endorse our collection services. We are truly the “member services” agency in the industry.
Data security is a priority and we subject our security systems and procedures to ongoing independent audits. We maintain a current SOC 2 Type 2 Attestation and have achieved a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Certification.
