I.C. System Hosts ACA International Staff Tour

St. Paul, Minn. (June 7th, 2011) – Tom Gavinski, Vice President of Business Development at I.C. System, led a group of Executives and staff members from ACA International as they embarked on a tour of exemplary collection facilities throughout the upper Midwest.
Ted Smith, Interim CEO of ACA International accompanied a group ACA Staff Members as they conducted a series of tours intended to educate, enlighten and remain current on issues relating to the Collections Industry. “ACA places a high priority on agency tours in order to maintain a vital, firsthand perspective on how our members function,” said Smith. “We appreciate I.C. System’s hospitality and know that our staff learned from the experience.”
The event took place on May 12, 2011 at I.C. System, Inc. headquarters in St. Paul, MN. Highlights of the tour included exploring the many departments of the 90,000 square foot home office and identifying trends and best practices commonly carried out within the walls of I.C. System, Inc.

Additional focal points of the tour included I.C. System’s cutting edge recruiting and training departments, exposure to ICE™, an internally developed collections software system and direct contact with line-level staff members as the tour group conducted personal discussions during numerous stops on the collection floor.
